It Takes All Types – Using Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) With Teams:  This workshop takes place on two half days and includes the MBTI assessment. Participants become aware of their own preferences for taking in information and making decisions. They discover individual and team problem solving skills, analyze the team’s strengths and blind spots, discover and practise type-sensitive communication, and develop action plans for effective individual and team growth.

Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace:  This one-day session introduces participants to the practical application of emotional intelligence in the workplace. It includes the EQ Map assessment. Participants learn the principles of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management. They learn techniques they can take back to the workplace to contribute to individual and team effectiveness.
