Assessments can be useful in helping us better understand human behaviour, strengths and motivation - our own or someone else's. Knowing what drives us and others lets us develop ways to communicate more authentically and effectively.

Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI ® ) A powerful and versatile indicator of personality type used throughout the world, the MBTI helps individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves and others. They learn about their natural tendencies and the role of those tendencies in communication, learning, and decision-making. It is particularly valuable in building team effectiveness.
FIRO B ®
The FIRO B instrument measures how personal needs affect behaviour towards other people. It offers insight to your interpersonal style on three levels: inclusion, control and affection. It’s used in team building, individual development and leadership development.
Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI ® )
The TKI helps professionals analyze a situation and apply the appropriate conflict-handling mode that will lead to positive resolution. It provides individual information about one’s conflict handling style compared to five distinct modes: competing, avoiding, compromising, collaborating and accommodating.
Work Personality Index (WPI)
The WPI measures personality dimensions that contribute to work performance and task effectiveness. Based on a model of 17 personality traits, it helps describe an individual’s style in terms of job-related strengths. This information is valuable for training and development, team building, conflict resolution and helping people create personal development plans to increase their effectiveness.
Career Values Scale (CVS)
The CVS measures the work values, preferences and needs that give meaning to an individual’s career and life. They are a useful indicator of job satisfaction and personal goals. The report provides a graphic overview of your values, examines sources of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, and has exercises to help you focus on achieving a balanced career.
CPI 260™
The CPI 260 can be used to help your organization with a variety of leadership and management development applications. It contains 260 items that identify an individual’s strengths and areas for development.
Customer Service Aptitude Profile
Find out which applicants are best suited to customer service work. This convenient questionnaire measures traits critical to success in customer service. It stresses motivation as well as aptitude and identifies individuals who are likely to follow through once they've got the job. The report also includes recommendations for training and motivation.
Sales Achievement Predictor
This unique inventory measures traits critical to success in sales - and in related fields such as customer service, sales management, marketing and public relations. The Sales Achievement Predictor can pick up traits that don't show up in an interview, such as inhibitions about cold calling, reluctance to ask for a sale, or poor motivation to follow through. Validated against actual sales performance, the Sales AP helps HR professionals, sales managers and business owners select, place and train salespeople.
ACER Select Series
Quickly and easily administer tests of verbal or numerical reasoning. Suitable for recruitment for a variety of occupations. General Select is appropriate for candidates applying for technical, clerical and administrative positions. Professional Select is intended for candidates applying for positions where the work requires a high level of reasoning ability or where these qualities will become more important as they are promoted to management or leadership roles.
